04 Cobra Kill....
04 Cobra Kill.... My buddy bought a new yellow 04 Cobra today man dose it look sexy it almost make's me want to trade the old Z in on one...
It took me all night to get him to race me we raced twice...
My car is untuned and has stock stall and stock 2:73 gear's as well..
Dead Stop
From a dead stop i pulled him by atleast 5-6 car's it was nasty he was not spining at all it was a good clean street race.....he did not miss any gear's
Roll
From a roll i let him get a head start from a 10 roll and then i took off this time i uncaped my cut out thank's QTP... and i pulled him 2-3car's i was shocked i out ran him from a roll...
the 04 Cobra has 200miles on it right now i think it run's good and look's great as well ill have some video's soon of me and him racing... later

Were you spraying? Not to doubt just wondering sounds like you would have to be to pull like that. Give that car a few miles to open up and I'm sure it will put up a little better fight. Nice kill.

I did not spray on him
he was like dont spray on me, so i poped the hatch and had him turn the bottle off it's in my rear qurter pannel so he did so i did not spray on him i purged my nitrous all out of my system before we pulled out of the parking lot... was a good clean N/A race for me..

Personally, I don't doubt that a cammed LS1 would run a stock Cobra. I think it's a win for you either way. It's just the distance you won by. Sounds like the guy should get used to his car or break it in. They call them "Terminator"s for a reason, those cars are no joke.

Also, I've heard with the powerband of the 03 with the Eaton makes it a bit hard for newbies to drive it to it's full potential... I've never driven one, though. You'd have to ask Unit about that one.

he is not that bad of a driver he is a truck driver for a local towing company part owner....
