You have to put it in reverse as soon as you stage, then you can put it in 1st when the 3rd yellow lights up, you have to run a street tire on the driver's side rear and a bicycle tire on the passenger's side rear, you can't shift higher than 5300rpm, you DAMN sure can't powershift, and you're not allowed to launch higher than idle RPM. Do all this or forfeit.
