it's kinda funny. the mustang needs a clutch and tranny upgrade, but those cars are ****** awesome. the ZL1 needs a tune to run properly, but what a steaming pile of ****.

This is a first, have yet to hear or see a new 5th gen with clutch pedal sticking issues? I know GM had the issue with the pre 01-02 LS1 f-bodies but it took them 2 years to fix it. Ford hasn't even acknowledged there current issue which is a bit more than just clutch pedal sticking to the floor.

Hell my buddies bone stock fifth gens drive shaft fell out lol. Bottom line guys... no car from the factory can take abuse without there being a problem... period. If you think it can, the car isnt the problem.
With a shift pad upgrade (fyi most transmissions including 6060s and t56s run plastic pieces and parts needing upgrade) the advantage with an MT82 is the forks are beefy stock, and the pads are seperate... you can just replace the pads and be done. The factory clutches are junk
Oh and if i havent told anyone. The "factory mcleod twin disk" In the boss 302 is just another shitty Valeo single disk clutch. I could slap whoever started that rumor. Regardless it has a real mcleod twin disk in it now which was 13lbs lighter then the stock assembly.
I said it before and ill say it again. You cant call the transmission **** unless youve seen inside one. Short of changing shift pads.... theres really nothing worth "upgrading"
