And as far as stealing the hit and having a passenger, I accounted for that with my estimate. From a dig (not a low roll), a geared Cobra would most likely jump out a little bit anyway (aggressive first gear) so the OP would be playing catch up. Would definitely end up passing him and putting a few cars on him by the end of the 1/4, but it's not like there was any freight-training going on in this video.

Only a ford nutt hugger like you would say something like that, in a poor attempt to save face. The Mustang got it's doo doo packed straight up it's fart box.

Sounds about right, good race
. Your's a 6spd?
Edit: As you are coming around him you can see/hear him come into his powerband and slow your approach. To no avail, of course. If I had an N/A 4v it would get 4.30s.
Edit again: I bet this hits 7 pages by the end of the weekend.

What you saw was probably just the OP making a slower shift. That 4v didn't slow anything except itself.

As far as him slowing my pull, I would say that he did slow it some and I'm by now means the best driver around and I'm still on the stock hydraulics so the 3-4 shift is basically a slamfest (take that how you would like).
The guy was cool whether he won or lost and so am I. That's how it should always be. Thanks for all the compliments guys.
