586whp C6Z VS GT500 VS TT Camaro etc...

Lol, for every 1 video you find, I can find 5 of them. I think the C5 ZO6 video that I found pretty much proves that the GT500's need a lot more than 100-120rwhp to hang with Vettes. Because that C5 Z06 driver couldn't drive for **** and still walked that silly snake.
This whole argument started with Autoderp only having 40ish whp on that H/C/I C6z and still thinks his race went the way it should have. Then again I have been reading all his old threads on here and it looks like he also thinks his bolt on Mach was beating pullied Terminators and H/C GTO's. I also read where he beat a 480whp NEON that weighed 2200 lbs, with his bolt on, full weight GT500. Lol what a JOKE.

the Zr1 on a TIRE will **** on the GT500 the stock Zr1 with the stock tires it runs a 11.4@128mph the gt500 on its stock tire runs a 11.6@125.7mph got my data from MT online. to tell me that a car that yes weighs more but it also has over 600rwhp in stock form unlike the ZR1 mind you which only has like 540-560rwhp (got that from the corvetteforum) wont be a good race for the Zr1 is absolute ****.

you also realize the GT500 has does tens to right? both the ZR1 and the 13 GT500 does tens on a tire and with a good driver so again like i have said the 13 gt500 is a good match for the Zr1/Z06 also the stock Zr1 runs from factory according to MT a 11.4@128mph and the gt500 runs a 11.6@125.7 mph so how is it not a good match again? Keep in mind the Corvette has far superior tires and a far superior suspension when compared to the gt500. Yet the gt500 is only .2 seconds off the Zr1......

I've seen bonestock c5 Z06 go a 11.8@118. I would say they would have Gt500's covered if both are driven right for the most part. Hell I have yet to see a gt500 run a 11.8 with mods/tire.

I mean generally in the type of racing most of us Vette/Mustang/Camaro owners do.. straight line, highway, stoplight stuff. And yeah, the 07-09's stock would be drivers race. Most of these cars though for $600 throw pulley/tune on them and get a nice gain in power... unfortunately, most owners keep the crappy stock tires on it with more power and do nothing but spin. One of my first mods was 555r drag radials... turned into a different car. I mean no disrespect towards the C5Z tho.. they are sweet cars too.

Sounds good.....but if were not at the drag strip then the 10bolt will be fine on the dig.

Also, I have not run 1/4 yet, but did manage mid 7's with shitty 2.1 60ft times when I was pulley/tune(little faster naow). I would think that would be in the 11's. Car ran 99mph on that run.. so I'm sure you can tell by the mph what it could have run with some tires. I know.. shoulda woulda coulda. I just don't like beating on the car at the track.. thats why I have put of getting some real tires put on my set of 15x10's I havent used yet. Debating ET Street Pro's(x275 tire) or 29" Hoosier Slicks. Not sure yet.

BTW... who was it that said take the blower off a 4v mod motor and see what power it makes. Here is a N/A one. I would say they have potential.
Accufab Inc
Ford 401 John Mihovetz Accufab Inc 2013 Emc
John Mihovetz and the crew from Accufab are well known to fans of the Ford Modular engine. With four-valve engines allowed for the first time at the competition, John seemed like the right guy to showcase the potential. Starting with a 5.4 four cam powerplant, the engine was extensively modified to expand the displacement to 401 cubic inches to meet the minimum requirement for competition. All eyes were on the numbers as the engine buzzed effortlessly through the rev range, making phenomenal torque and power along the way. The power was devastating, with peak horsepower coming in at 736 horsepower, and torque peaking at a lofty 664 ft-lbs. That puts the specific torque at a staggering 1.66 lb-ft per cubic inch! Needless to say the score of 2938.5 points shattered the current standings, putting Accufab in first position by a wide margin.

Maybe we can get something setup sometime then.. maybe with alot of notice.. like sometime in spring.
