So what you're saying is it's a motor made for women. Got it.

For a V6, those VQ35s are pretty great engines.

This is a maxima with the same engine. Drs, I/H/E, tune.

Dunno why they all think they have super luxurious supercars like Aston Martins or something.
Call me biased, but a 911 turbo and a DB9 are easily on the same level. And the 918 Spyder is easily on the same level as the one 77.

i don't think that's biased they way i view it is that Porsche is more luxurious than an Audi which is obviously more luxurious than a VW. While AM's are very luxurious like a Porsche. But all in all some of the Porsche motors tend to be in some VW's and Audi's since its all the same company so I guess the better buy then would be a VW. with the common senses of g35 owners being a db id have to also agree on that just for the simple fact that they try and act all tough and cool and speed in the college parking lot of which this one guy almost hit several cars and BMW owners are not far from g35 owners IMO.

My bad, I thought you were saying that any porsche is pretty much the same as a G35. I agree that some of them are on the same level as the G cars, but Porsche definitely makes cars that far outpace the G cars.

you're kidding, right? Anyways I had a VQ Altima and beat a couple 80s Corvettes and some LT1 powered F-bodies, surprised them at least. They're in the sleeper category.

Anyways, that G35 driver is the definition of fail.

i love the look of the G35's and the sound is pure sex, in my opinion. but yeah g35/350z guys are always "hella fast" a guy from work drives a convertible 350 and always revs it leaving work. as far as i know he only has exhaust maybe cai.

That is great and all, but that is all Nissan offers. Upgrade to the G35 sedan which is pretty much a Maxima, and what do you get? A VQ35 or a VQ37...

How can you compare a G37(or 35) with a CTS-V? It is just dissapointing

The original VQ35DE wasn't really anything special in terms of a sports car engine, but the VQ35HR engine was a different story. Either way, I don't think you're going to have a lot of trouble with any VQ35 equipped car with even a stock LS1 car. I'd think twice when it came to a VQ37 equipped car though...

Assuming your premise is credible, what's up with that?
Just because you can beat G35s doesn't mean your LT1 isn't poor built.
