Indeed. I was just thinking that it is unlikely your standard bolt-on C7 is going to be "destroying" the new GT500. A 150 shot will definitely turn the tables, but not bolt-ons. The new C7 definitely seems to have a ton of potential though.

The C7 LT1 Direct injected engine has 65 more horse power than the C6 LS3 engine.
Never paid much attention to how much a vet ways all I know is that they both way less than the LS6 Fox Body I am starting to build in a few of months
From what Iv Heard at the GM training center and at the Dealer only invitation test drive in Vegas lat last month gm is discontinuing the Z06 option and replacing it with the ZR1 Option (witch is a ZR1 without the ZR1 brake system and a detuned LS9 or GM My introduce a direct injected version of the LS9) and are gowning to replace the ZR1 with something but the guy from GM would not tell what that was gowning to be
All he would say is you will half to what and see
But we all know that GM changes its mind A LOT!. Will half to what and see
What GM dose
