A new automatic C7 ran an 11.91 at the track I was at yesterday. I didn't see it, but a couple of people told me it did, I saw it run a bunch of low 12's so I'm sure it did.

Your acting like the Stingray isn't a good performing ride in stock form...."for a C7".....in comparison to a mustang(or any car for that matter). lol.

I'm so tired of people talking about seat time.
You can either drive or you cant. C7 guy can't drive.

..says the dude with an auto.

There is no mystery in the statement "practice makes perfect" right?

Not everyone is a natural dude. Not everyone can bang gears from the get go....some can. Some may never(insert GTR owner here).

see now i know youre talking out your *** with that one, so youre saying you can go get a brand new C7 and hit a 11.99 1/4 time without seat time? not a chance in hell.

now a roll race is different since theres no feathering and launching, but still idk how the gearing is but shift points are different car to car. yes missing 3rd is a rookie mistake but im sure youve never missed a gear in any car...

not being a dick but just i dont agree with you at all on that one.

You don't have to agree with me you can just be wrong.
If a c7 is capable of 11.99 I would drive it faster than 11.99.

In fact, I'm offering anyone with a stock manual transmission C7 $1,000 if they beat me to race me pass for pass in their own car at Atco before the year is out.

Yeah and then he would post the vids tomorrow.

V-series- There is no understanding that guy. Just take his posts with a grain of salt. It's about all they are worth half the time.

I bet you also "live life a 1/4 mile at a time".

im sure you could beat a C7 driver in his own car. amazing what happens when you dont give a **** about the trans/clutch ect.

do you think that driver was "granny shifting, not double-clutching like [he] should"

That person wanna make a quick $1,000?
Put them in touch with me.

Ignoring your lame movie quotes... when you drive well, you actually abuse the driveline less. As you can damage syncros/burn clutch (among other things) when you're bad at driving.
