I just posted the facts dude.....no more no less. It's not even about one being better than the other......just a size comparison. They are monstrous motors.
BTW......it needs all those pulley's to run. You can't even really see the main drive pulleys. So if they would've been removed for the pic then how would that be a proper comparison? The blower needs that stuff.

The mod motor with nothing on it would have been a proper comparison since there is nothing on the LS.....

Edit: Everything I'm finding says it's about a 2" difference in height. Enough to make a difference, definitely. But not enough to call one "massive" in comparison to the other. Now width, the mod motors are definitely massive

No ****. Its nothing to argue about what-so-ever, the 4.6 modular longblock is massive in size compared to the LS longblock. Add intakes (or blower for the 4.6) and accessories and it only gets worse in size for the 4.6. For goodness sake, why argue about a simple FACT and make yourself look like a fool that wants to argue about every single little thing?

Add intakes (or blower for the 4.6) and accessories and it only gets worse in size for the 4.6.
