anyway sorry i was just ignoring your questions like you have mine. didnt think youd get upset. but as soon as we mentioned the Z28 you jump to the "well its illegal in SCCA events" so you might not have said it word for word we all knew.

I agree with the mod for mod to a point I'm sure if some one with some money decided to put a blower/turbo on the C7 it will be faster than the gt500. I mean look at the Zr1 its basically an LS3 with a blower (yes there are a lot more better parts involved but still) and the only reason GM didn't use the LS7 with a blower is because the compression would have been to high (source from wiki, I know a lot of people don't like using it but it was a quick search). So to say mod for mod ill agree with that until FI comes into play with the C7 really excited to see what a turbo/blower can turn this car into.
