LSA is a nice setup but definitely not badass. It is a more complete car and I place more value on that than just going straight but it's needs atleast a 2.3 if you're into the top mount stuff. Slap a centri on it or a set of twins and its a better performer where straightline wise. If you do that from the factory then of course it will cost more and have to be re-engineered. If I were to own a ZL1 the first thing I would do is slap a D1SC on it.

I think that's pretty good for a 1.9L TVS.

...Da fuc?
It'll be fairly close, I'd give him the edge (stock) as long as he can drive.

What's the point of doing that with a blown car? Seems like a lot of trouble when you could just keep your foot out of it.

Even if you keep your foot out of it, blower RPM Is still the same. Running a lower PSI pulley means you're not spinning the blower as fast, which is less heat and wear and tear on the blower.
On a turbo system, it's a bit different.

Then hell, why not just run the stock pulley?

For just cruising around it's not gonna break anything. I'm always on kill. Not gonna catch me slipping and besides that as long as he drives regular it's fine. I was looking at his mod lost but didn't see any mention of different pullies.

lol Well he only had to shift once to my twice. And his one shift didnt abruptly put him behind me. I had a steady pull from 55 - 145.

Damn, 3rd gear goes to 145mph in the GT500? That's nuts.

it was 145 give or take... may have been 140. He did lift before me. But at 55 he was in second and third carried him to 130+. I shifted fifth and was in it for a few seconds. So technically i shifted three times lol. But Im only racing this car to the end of my fourth gear. Ill have 3.73s now instead of 3.90s so ill do a solid 135mph at the end of fourth.
