Rolling in an fbody... A 300 SRT8 might as well be a damn Bentley. I would rock one in a heart beat.

Show car= car purposely built for car shows rather than racing. It can be any damn thing. A ******* mini cooper as long as its modded with mostly appearance in mind. Wtf

No, that would be a wanna-be show car. It had to actually be nice to be a show car.
That's like stripping the interior of a stock hatchback civic, bringing it to a track, and calling it a fast race car, because it was purposely built for the track.

So its safe to say 75% of the show cars at the biggest car show (SEMA) arent actually show cars because they dont cost $500k and up?

Doesn't have to be $500k, just has to be nice. A 300C Is a piece of ****. Cheap plastic, cheap leather, cheap everything. Not to mention the new ones have this retarded clash of performance and luxury, with fake carbon fiber everywhere.
It's a nice DD or a nice race barge, but it is no show car. Not unless they replace every low quality interior piece with nice stuff.

Ummm isnt that the point of MODDING? To ENHANCE what was offered from the factory? Who gives a **** if it came with fake carbon fiber if the end product in the car show has the real ****? The only stock vehicles you will see in a car show will be dream cars. Thats the beauty of modding, to show your creativeness.

Not a piece of ****, but its no luxury car. It's America's attempt at a budget luxury sports car.

Bullshit. It's a ******* land barge, a glorified one.
It runs 118s with heads and cam swapping, if done right. This one did 114. Impressive for a boat, but not impressive. And certainly not for as much as they cost.
Compare it to the g8 gt or the previous cts-v. Both are 400lbs lighter, and in my opinion, just as nice.
What's a h/c cts-v or g8 gt run? I'm seeing 120s.

Out of curiosity, what do you think a 300srt8 with fully built head/big cam motor with D1 supercharger should run? Made 640rwhp on a Mustang Dyno.

LOL

cts-v V1 times are no where near the 6.1 times. Due to the glass rear end. ******* are scared to launch at a red light with street rubber.

G8 and GTO times are close mod for mod even tho the mopars weigh a bit more.

I know for a fact the fastest srt8's are faster than the fastest G8.

Average h/c 6.1 is around mid 11's @ 118, some stronger ones getting into the 120's. They've been 10's. **** i wanna say the fastest h/c 5.7 has went 10's as well.

My 6.1 charger had no problem against a G8 GT even ones with full boltons. And a V1 has no chance from a dig only from a roll ask me how i know. My land barge was able to spank a few new Camaros and 5.0s but then again its just a pos right?

They had a few h/c setups that have been 10's. The gutted charger was the first years ago. Now cars are doing it without the major weight reduction.
