For real man, just enjoy the video. My boy with the I-roc didn't complain, he just put his money up and raced, no questions asked.

As you can see, slicks & skinnies don't guarantee a win.

Even in Vegas, it rains.
Would you commute with skinnies? Drive cross-country? Are they even DOT approved, to the point a cop won't give you a ticket?

The skinnies really aren't the problem, the slicks are.

I've gotten a ticket for having no cats on an old car, but the majority of the people on this forum don't have them. Does that make their races invalid?

And go ahead and drive in pouring rain with skinnies, let me know how that works out for you. Then you'll know why it's not a street car setup.

This site lives on the fringe and wonders why everyone else doesn't live/drive/ think like them. It's what makes America, America. BJ, your right, it's the slicks that are the problem, but all I think every time someone talks about going with bigs and little is this clip:

IMO bigs and littles on the street is just junky looking. Now Billy didn't show up with littles, but the mullet stick-out-the-side wide rears make me cringe. For a daily, or weekend driver it's ridiculous IMO. Track car, ok, I understand. Driving to the track, I understand. Pro street, I get it. F-body, fox body, coyote, Vette, supra, etc that's driven on the street this way,

Uhm, please explain how driving in the rain with skinnies = bad?

Ive done it for like 3 years when my fox was my dd, and NEVER had a bad experience. Obviously with skinnies you shouldnt be taking corners at a high speed, but normal driving in the rain? You're delusional. As far as skinnies = race car / white trash... lmao only on tech.

Also, you do realize A LOT of guys run 165 normal street tires as skinnies right? Lmao, you're making it seem like skinnies = front tire slick with no tread. Gtfo dude.

Nothing against slicks and skinnies, but if I can get it to work without em there is an advantage. And that's having that stock look bait them in.

Its funny cuz I see that red Mustang coupe in the video with Adam Sandler. Looks like he doesn't have skinnies on in the movie. Lol!

Post #47. A lot of guys is a ridiculous statement. "A lot if guys" drive camry's, accords, and corolla's not drive on bigs and littles. You're talking like the .001% driving bigs and littles/skinnies and slicks.

Oh okay, I forgot that skinnies aren't likely to hydroplane, even going straight.
Silly me.

And I never said that it made it a race car or white trash. You people are delusional, it seems. How else do you read what I type and come up with something completely different?
Sheesh
