Yeah it seems like 8/10 GT>SS -
Like a lot of ppl are saying ppl are modding these cars wrong. It's power and more power on top of more power but most don't look @ suspension or weight reduction.
And nothing wrong with L99. Using the right tools/tech VVT can be the bees knees.

People always hate on the L99's. But with a tune it does wonders. I had no problem with the ls3 from a stop light or roll

Back when they first came out, I ran one in my Mark VIII swapped 96 mustang gt. He pulled me by a fender. I hope they have gotten better since then... Being fair, my mustang was a 248a car, which shaved off a good bit of weight.

Alot of people were having trouble with the octane tables. Some guys were running 14s and trapping around 100 mph lol. Pull two fuses and it resets for 93 oct much stronger running car.
