Florida people... I can destroy my tires at sub 40 degrees at slow speeds. At 60+ degrees I can barely spin them. Right now it's 9F and I can put the car in 2nd at 40mph and spin like crazy. That's with high performance all seasons. Summer tires would be like a drag radial in the rain on this pavement.
