Wherever you ******* go, I'm there. I'll be making the LONG drive (2 hours) on Tuesday, may or may not have a race car but I'll have cameras and that's the most important thing.
Detoxx, WSsick, 2SSARME, fonzo, PhantaZm... Whoever else is going, we're gonna have to meet up at some point for sure! It's all about the private meets/racing rather than the hoopla that comes Friday and Saturday when everyone rolls into town. I'm rolling down with a lot of people from Austin so if there's been someone you've wanted to take stab at from my videos, I'll hook it up for you.
On that note, like WSsick said NOT EVERYTHING is 1500 hp, that's just the REALLY popular videos. What there is at 2k is a A LOT and I mean A LOT of 500-1000 hp cars running around of all shapes and sizes and plenty of cars still below 500 hp. Thousands of people come to gather, not everyone has as deep of pockets as 2SSARME.
I can't wait, it's like 60 days away and it's my favorite time of the year!!

I need to make sure my car hits all the right meets at the right times because driving around 45 minutes one way south of Houston for nothing and then back sure did kill half of one of the nights. Thanks to SICK Z06! lol
But it was nice meeting up with the MNIVET and company once I finally made it back.

I tell him I'll invite you to some beers so he goes and orders like 4 kegs from the bar. Next thing I know he's got his Mexican friends running off with the kegs while he flips me off and says have fun with the bill.

Unfortunately my car experienced some mechanical issues two years in a row while over there at Tx2k. The first year they were great, and helped me get back on the road. The elder was running things and left me with a great impression about the place and the people.
Last year, they were not friendly at all. I guess the younger one was taking over and he said that the "locals" got mad because of the Tx2k crowd coming in so he stiff-armed me. The senior was there but sort of stayed in the background. Makes it seem they do not approve of our presence.
That's when the ThirdHonk crew came to the rescue and got the thing up and running in one of their stalls lol! I know, cool story bro.

But anyways yeah I got bottles filled there no problem. Got my C16 at the track though. I think they sell Sunoco and not VP at Bumbera's? Forgot.

Yeah they sell Sunoco. I use either but have always had great results with the Sunoco. Trying out this Fuse stuff now but gonna ditch it all in favor of Dsteck's flex fuel setup so I can run e85 and he able to still fill up with 93.
Sucks that that happened. Sounds like the young guy has a lot to learn about customer service. Me and my friends haven't had issue yet.

I'll be trying to get a boosted lsx meet together either Wed or Thurs night. Would be nice to get a pack of us boost cars out to see where we all stand. I've already talked to a few people (Flash being one of them) and they all are into it
