The problem is that we have the same issues on occasion. Someone in an LT1 95 Impala SS might shoot thru on some imports and talk ****, and get his *** dragged by some bolton Accord or even worse, something actually fast and imported.

I thought that it was more compelling in this case because LS based platforms and Mustang platforms (newer ones) are very potent with just a few bolt-ons and are the two most well known domestic cars that get built up.

Here's the funny thing, when we were supposed to run him the first time he left real quick to go race.... A ******* Mini Cooper. Then was like yeah, I smoked him... Like, should you really be bragging about that?
The first race was actually the second race, the first one was a legit run betwen the 3v and Civic but the cameraman in the Z28 was filming his feet! That was was a disaster for the Civic, couple bus lengths at least.
Pretty much, he was going around popping off that he wanted to do only 60-130 runs... I'm like, the **** is this, Road & Track?

Master Power made very good turbos. I would not put them in the same category as On3 or CX Racing. They got bought out by Magnum Turbo so I don't know how good they are anymore. I have a 76mm MP on my car, works great.

Reminds me of a race years ago... Stock v6 mustang (1994) vs my bolt on 95 Z28. After getting destroyed he said to me with a serious/straight face "you're lucky you shut down when you did, I would have caught back up on the topend".
Never did figure out what the guy was smoking...

I agree CX racing is junk. I got my MP turbo from a guy online that said the oil seal was bad after only running it for a few miles because it was blowing oil out of the exhaust. I got it home and took it apart to check everything out and it looked brand new inside. The main shaft was bigger than your normal t4 turbo and it had a 360 degree thrust bearing. I cleaned it up and ran it on my car with zero problems. His only issue was that the drain line was too small, lol. I got it for $100.
