every Evo in my area runs like ****. Could be because of the stupid owners or the fact that we don't have E85. Ran a buddy with his 512whp Evo and hurt his ego pretty bad. He is adding meth and more boost this spring and we will re-run. Hopefully his car will go better when done. Like an Evo should..

So a stroker motor and a bigger turbo for 50-80 whp? See my point? Not only that but I would bet good money that my buddies stock turbo Evo that makes 450 would hurt your feelings. Where are you located at in Indiana?

Should have, but didn't. He is running a crappy setup that is very peaky. Its a dyno queen and the power under the curve is poor. Peak torque is only 370.
I drove it and it pulls good for about 1000rpm before you shift and it falls back out of the power band.

If you can read worth two ***** you would see that he's not into drag racing. He built it for auto x. It's got a turbo that's only a little bigger than stock and the stroker, rods pistons are for the durability I would assume. I'm sure he could crank the boost way up and rape but that's not what he wants to do.
And my feelings never have or never will be hurt by a street race haha. Shouldn't you be painting your wheels blue or something?

A lot of evo videos I see are like that. Pull like crazy but then have to shift. You can def tell when he was in his power on this video. It's like I wasn't on the gas lol!
