That's the next step for the new LT.....if they would do it. I think I read where the LT has 60* of cam swing in it

I know on our bmw's moving the cams around with vvt basically gave them more mid-range with the ability to run to a higher rpm. Now how much the cams moved independent of each other I don't know. My guess would be probably not much. When **** got serious and we needed all the power we could get the VVT went away.

Quote from someone who claims to have more info about vid:

"I saw this video on the Facebook group for coyotes and the guy who owned the mustang stated mods for both cars. I believe the Camaro is a friend of his. He has only gt500 axle backs and the Camaro has long tubes, and full catback, Dyno Tune and a CAI. The guys also said they dragged raced also beat him there. Mustang owner ran 12.65 on stock tires and the Camaro ran 12.69 with the mods above and radials

Never stated if it was stick or auto"

I was referring more to the fact that VVT is only one cam and if you advance the intake lobes... you advance the exhaust as well. TIVCT, you can adjust intake cams seperately from exhaust.

Gotcha, I don't keep up with coyote engines much. Good to know though.
