Just up the shift point a bit and let it run out the bank. A set of headers and a vid converter and it will run 11's. Finish it off to full bolt-on and a couple hundred lb of weight reduction (it's easy to get that out of it ) and you should run mid 11's pretty slick. You will send alot of cam cats packing if you do it right.

Yeah if I make more power I'll just up to 27-28 inch tall tire, plus when I have the cam it will have a raised redline....
If i had 4.10s i would be in od by the 1/4 mile.... Hell on the 113 trap i went into overdrive literally 5 feet past the traps!

Only then, are you on an even playing field with the 10.

Meh only the 07s had the heavy balancer. Once you do those mods on a 07-09 car it will be faster then a 10. Then the 10 will be playing catch up and need the same changes. So like I said once the mods start it is the same car. The 11-12 got the aluminum block and the 13-14s got the good stuff

I know derp. Maybe you should re read my post. The 10 is no better as far as performance unless you plan to leave the car stock.
