Get out of here with that ****...so a car that weighs less, makes more power, and revs higher is gonna get pulled with both cars being in lets say 4th gear where their is no shifting going on?These are not some high hp cars that are gonna break traction at thos speeds,so don't tell me about **** drivers..

Whatever it was he raced, it was not a coyote powered mustang.
The guy's that cry "foul" on this post are in denial.
I spend a lot of time at the track and have never seen one that wouldn't slap the **** out of an '06 impala.

Oh yea since every 5.0 out there runs at your track. I have personally seen 3 new 5.0s run high 13s. I have also seen a bolt on 3v walk a bolt on 5.0 from a roll . Just because YOU never seen it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
And the about the whole hp and weight thing, then please tell me why Evan is out running 100 more hp vettes that weigh less than him?.
And don't listen to the guy that wasted money building his 4k lb gto to find out it runs high 12s

I feel sorry for the 5.0 guys. Their cars run slower every year while the ls1 f bodies get faster with age. I am waiting a few years to pick up my next one. In another 5 years or so the 4th gens will be in the 11's stock. Good kill!
