it does depend on how it is outfitted. it its got everything no telling how heavy.
it will have substantially more power than now. higher life cams, new intake, higher flowing ports, larger valves. 450 hp at a minimum. and better overall torque.
450/420 probably.
but at that weight its a role reversal as far as power goes. when they add direct injection another 10hp with no other changes.
but really who cares. it looks like **** and is a pig.
what id like is an ATS with twin turbo 3.6 DI. that a car id probably get.

If you want the ATS 3.6 TT DI, why not get the CTS Vsport? Same chassis, a bit stretched. Those turbo's, etc. are a bunch of added weight though. I'd rather the last of the CTS-V with far more power and torque at this point.
KB is coming out with a 3.1L SC that will make 750whp on that ugly pig.

That's kinda like saying if you can't run 12.6 with the auto 5L, it's not the car... Idonno. I think the 1LE is all around, the better performer of the two and I can't see any argument against that. Still, it's not as quick in a straight line.
