WS6 vs Mach 1

I've seen videos of close to stock 2v GTs hanging with LS1 fbodies too, 2003HoMo. Does that mean it should have happened? Pull your god damn, dense head out already. Jesus ****.
Obviously there's something going on with that TA in the video. Along with your brain.

This is LS1 tech. The LS1 always wins regardless of hp difference, weight, quarter mile times, trap speed. Only LS1s can win

You're just ridiculous. A Mach against the fastest stock LT1 f body is going to favor the Mach. Period.

Haha! Obviously you don't know jack **** about simple physics, Mr COBRO! That TA should be making in the neighborhood of 340rwhp. That Mach with just an intake would be lucky to make 280rwhp. Do you honestly think that race should have been that close? Even a bone stock A4 LS1 should have pulled on it easier than that.

lol if street racing were legal and not so dangerous id drive across the country in my lt1(with a few opti's in the trunk) and race every stock>bolt on mach, 3v, ls1, stock 5.0 I could find just so give the lt1 the respect it deserves haha!

So you've personally seen the VAST majority of stock LS1 f bods run??? Quit talking out of your *** already. There is a 30-40 whp difference between the two, stock. With similar weight. And that gap only widens once the mods start. Keep living in your fantasy world where the laws of physics don't apply. And ill keep laughing.

Yep these guys are so sad.
All ls1s don't make 310-330rwhp. A couple videos of Ls1s on happy dynos doesn't make it true.

I am a HUGE GM fan ill be the first to admit it, but with that said. I respect the hell out of 03/04 Machs and Terminators and the new coyote. They all 3 are very capable cars. I believe that stock for stock a mach and a ls1 are a decent race but I give a 1-2 car edge to the fcar in most cases, however the further the race proceeds the more the advantage will shift to the fbody. As far as power goes, I have seen MANY stock ls1s hit 300rwhp thats not uncommon, especially a manual, have I seen 290s of course but I have seen enough 310s stock to to balance those out.
Typically dyno numbers I see for the mach are 280rwhp so only about a 20rwhp disadvantage on average.

There's a weight difference of like 50 lbs lol. And what, 3.55 gears compared to 3.46? ER MY GOD! Huge difference! The LS1's superior power band easily makes up for that. Take the furd blinders off.

Different transmission ratios, specifically the ludicrously short first gear in the 3650. Believe what you like, no skin off my back, but don't sleep on one.
