I would love to cam a 2V, especially a PI-headed NPI 2V. Just because. I know that you didn't spend the least amount of money on your car to be as fast as you could. So why dog someone else for modifying a car that they like just because they like it. Like the OP said, the outcome of the race was already known before they lined up.

Check terminal connectors and make sure the battery isnt moving back and touching anything on hard accel, and check grounds. Definitely electrical.

The only thing a cammed/geared 2v is good for is a beginner mod for LS1s.....
Even though it wouldn't be considered even or fair, I would love to see this race with OPs bird stock.......

pretty sure i got it. somehow my battery hold down came loose and the battery was just free in there for the most part. when i launched it came back and hit the wheel well. tightened it down and its solid now. i havnt driven it since that day but im pretty positive thats was it.

Actually the best option would be to put my ls7 in it.......lol I could h/c it to make over 600hp and the it should weigh 2800~ with it.
