I would put money on it that Hio's car won't run what he claims it does if he runs it at F-nam during Draggin Rights. Not that he would show up anyway but it would be funny to see it.

 

He's too much of a ***** to show up. Ain't gonna happen. Especially because he will end up running 11.5s and get laughed at in person. Couldn't handle it.

Plus, I mean cmon. How would it feel to get molly whopped by a certain N/A stick shift Ford with 30 year old tech? Hurt butts errwhur.

If I knew that it wouldn't get locked, I'd start a thread with his name on the title, that way he CAN'T ignore it.

 

Nobody is allowed to have a back day at the track. Whatever you run is how fast your car is.....

 

It wasn't even a bad day, I just drove up and played around on some hard tires. My clutch isn't strong enough to hold when I bolt on sticky tires.

 

Yeah but my point was sort of that my Shelby was determined to not even be capable of 11s, or 10s based on that one day on tires that do not work on my car from a dig. I think the haters know what it COULD have done on a good run... look at Islanders car.. he runs very good, and we were in the ballpark power wise. It is what it is..It was a fun day out there anyway, and good to meet everybody. Always liked going to the track... socialize... play on the track... good times.

So remember.. everyone who runs a bad time that is all their car can do. Same thing they did with Lawhead... we all know he has a 10sec car... but he got ragged because of his bad day too.

For those that think traction isn't that big a deal, check out these two runs: the run against the duramax (right hand slip) we both were stuck on the starting line for 20+ minutes waiting for the track to clean up after a big turbo civic blew up on the top end of the track. I spun all the way through 1st gear and recorded that stellar run that was very much like this heater's run.




yes mph is low, car was falling on its face on the top end: next day driving to work the car died with what I believe is some kind of electronic gremlin: haven't figured it out yet (not fuel pump or injectors, and has spark).
