a full size 73 chevy with 400hp 327 trapped 82
how is it possible to trap that low in a car in 2014?

never ran or even owned it bone stock. stock L99's were running 8.9-9.1 there on the same day. that srt4 he ran there had slicks and as much boost as the stock turbo could put out, or something like that.

Edit: I am curious if you could have produced a better ET/Trap. That would have been a good indicator on how well the car performs.

How hard is it to really drive a stock auto car down the strip....
And no this is not the great auto vs. manual debate. But c'mon a 13 second auto car is not hard to get down the track or off the line at the track for that matter. I don't care what tires are on it.

I'm mind blown. From the facts in this thread it seems that a stock camaro ss w/ 325hp vs a 5.0 w/ 416hp the camaro would win at the track.

You realize Chevelles with ls1s and Silverados are all GM products right? Because those are what I have. My brother had a 2011 5.0 and while it was fast for a stock car, it also **** a transmission with 5k miles on it and Ford told him to **** off with it.
