I knew once these got basic upgrades they would be killer.

 

There's always the 2016 MY where they claim they did more research and "made" improvements to enable the car to be tuned more aggressively from the factory. I doubt they'd offer an upgrade for the 2015 owners, but that's what the aftermarket is for. Or they'll do what Nissan did with the harmful launch control software in the 2009 GT-R.

I never doubted the potential of that car one bit. I knew it would be about as capable as the ZR1 was with minimal modifications. It looks like I was 100% correct on that one.

Still anticipating what these cars can do with a 2.3L on top. 800whp on 17# and E85 shouldn't be a problem. Hopefully LPE goes all the way with their 2.3 swapped shop car and posts some results soon.

 

I don't think a 2.3 will develop 17psi on even the old ls9. Atleast not with out being well outside it's efficiency range and thus hurting powa.
