I'm running Hoosier DR's. They're getting dried out. Got kinda lucky actually. Prep was shitty, but then a pro car oiled down the starting line. They cleaned it really good then sprayed the hell out if it with VHT. After that it was good and sticky

Thanks big guy! I think there's a 7.4 in the car yet the way it sits. I was pretty pumped for that 7.5 though

I have to say in all honesty that some people can really get these LS1 moving nicely. My buddy is like that. Every 4th Gen Camaro he gets his hands on, he can make then run damn hard with just bolt-ons. He is real secretive on what he does but he knows exactly how to get those cars to run. I always have more trouble with his car than any other within my range of power. I just don't get it sometimes.

I have much respect for people that have this talent.

Thanks man.

It really just comes down to all those little mods that people say "aren't worth it".

This..... Lol my buddy has an 01 ss with a built lq9, KATECH cnc 243's and a 230/238 eps cam....He was pissed when my cam only setup kept right up with him all the way to shut down.

Its the little "they arent worth it" mods that help you to beat people you shouldnt. after i get a set of 1.85 rockers on my ls3 i'm going back to the dyno for a retune hoping to hit 470 with just bolt ons

Will the increase in lift require upgraded valve springs?

People thought I was exaggerating when I said a well sorted bolt-on LS1 could pull your average pulley Cobro...
