I feel like with the trap speed difference a pullied cobra would catch it on the big end. But could be a very good race.

Ya i'm going to need springs good for .625 lift. I'm unsure if I want to use a beehive or a dual. Leaning more towards a btr kit just for the safety factor

I seriously doubt that.

Nice time. It's cars like yours that make me regret my entire set up! Can't wait to sell mine and start fresh with all BOLT ONs.

That's funny. Your slow supercharged piece of **** trapped 89 mph here. While getting 1st degree raped by another LS1.

You want beehive. Get as much weight outta the valvetrain as you can

Ya thats always been my train of thought as well. But after doing some reading and what not here new tests have and are being done that show a modern good dual spring wont cost any power over a beehive and is safer to boot. BTR and Tony both stated they saw no measureable hp difference between the 2 and the dual showed less harmonics as rpm fell after peak hp..

If I do go beehive I'll throw psi1511's on it otherwise itll be BTR duals with TI retainers.

Hammer what side of the continent are you on? If west side, I'll meet you at the border (no passport) and see how you stack up against a NRA track certified 11.6 car. ? All BS aside, I'd love to meet you and run you even if I lose in my heavy azz full weight GTO with a near 400lb driver. I'm a west coast guy living in Washington State btw.

So 600+ rwhp on SLICKS still only runs 7.1 @ 98 mph? Cool story, little Nicky.
