Many people can get their **** pushed in the 1/8th on the street by a stock Evo or WRX.

What is a 'performance page'?
Performance Pages is apart of the super track pack that gives out 0-60, 0-100, 1/8, and 1/4 mile times. All I know is so far I have raced a FBO including throttle body and Boss intake, cammed, geared, one piece drive shaft 13' 5.0 and he was going nowhere. 0-115. Stopped and talked to the guy and he was impressed. I also raced a 04' CTS-V header and straight pipe and put 4 cars on it from 10-80. Gave him the jump from 35 and put another 3-4 cars to 125. I ran a 2010 L99 5th gen and that was a 3 car puppy kick from only 0-60 mph letting him go first. I also raced a ported blower, 2.8 pulley, headers, intercooled regal GS. "low 13's car" put 3 cars on it from 10-60. 25-120 I was way out. 8-10 cars. My car has a 3 season 275/45 Yokohama Advan sport and a JLT CAI.

I won't call myself the best driver but I will bet anybody they won't shift my camaro better than I can. My Neon either. MY Scat Pack will shift three different ways depending on how you do it. Temporary manual mode with sport mode on being the best. I am sure there are more people that can't drive them to their best ability than can. Obviously not applying to the Scat in this thread. To get beat like it did, I think it did well with a WS6 like that.

Too bad you wasn't close to kc with that scat pack. I would like a puppy kicking.
Great kills op.

nobody said they were. 12's also aren't the norm for a V1 CTS-V. So not sure what all the LOL....Dodge is all about. Just sayin. I will run anyone in my car if it seems like it is a decent race. no big deal. It's the first line of defense in my toy box anyway.

112-115 is about right for them. 11.69 is damn impressive, but that's what you expect from hero runs.

You posted a link for an 11.7 run as if that was what they do... when thats a hero run in negative 1000 DA. I've seen hellcats run in the low 12s and high 11s here. I've seen 392s in the high 12s low 13s. Same with Scatpacks.

IMO, When it comes to american muscle...
GM and Ford are two brothers always in competition. Dodge is the retarded cousin. Strong but not all there.

I agree. Impressive... but -1000+ DA... Can't exactly post that up as the end-all-be-all of what they run.

What do you call five different cars on those forums alone in the 11's? I don't understand what the big deal is. It's not like they are magazine articles like SRK has gone back and fourth with time and time again. Just regular car guys. Again I am not saying and never did say it is the norm. I am saying low 12's is very obtainable. I posted the link and listed the mods in my original post. Never said anything about being the norm.

I can post another here ya go. Consistent bottom 12's and has ran a best of an 11.8 in cooler weather.

http://www.challengertalk.com/forums...ml#post5812914

It's not that big of a deal but I am not going to be told that they can't run 11's with basic bolt-on's when I own one and know what they are capable of.

Another link to a 11.9. Make sure you check the DA. Exhaust does nothing for these cars but sound. 2 3/4 true dual stainless with a x pipe from the factory.
http://www.challengertalk.com/forums...ml#post5538978

FYI my car is reading 115 traps with a CAI alone.

When was that said? When I mentioned that 11.7 should be considered a hero run with -1000+ DA? Negative one thousand DA isn't exactly average DA in most places.

392 cars of any variant are very strong. That 11.69 pass is awesome but as everyone here stated and I'm sure the op knows is a hero run. They're a strong mid 12's car stock, def the strongest out of the current BIG 3 muscle cars. But not an 11sec stock car lol

The only thing that sucks about them is compared to the other 2 the mods are limited or expensive. A 5.0 or camaro has more potential, at least at this point in the aftermarket game to go fast. Without spray or an added atmosphere at least....

Agreed. The pcm is locked. You have to buy a second pcm or send yours out to get unlocked just to get a tune. Mid 12's is what my performance pages is telling me on the street. 4.1 0-60. Pretty solid on a three season tire.

Just for reference my buddy just texted me tonight, and ran a 12.2 @ 113 in his 392 Challenger. Bone stock on all season tires

I rest my case lol. That's a very good time but doable if you can drive. Not surprised if it was a A8 at all. Cars are flat out awesome down low for being 4200 pounds. They are pricey. I got my low optioned Scat for 38,545. Still not cheap at all, but got almost 4k off MSRP.

Yep for sure. Weather was really good that day so it helped, but the car did well regardless. What surprised me is that his 60ft was a 1.9. That tells me the trans and gearing is very efficient to be pulling that time, with that 60ft, but with 113 mph

Exactly. The 1/4 trap hides how hard it pulls. The 1/8 mile MPH will tell you more. I bet it was 92. Yea 1.9. That tells me right there with a tire he can get close to 11's with that alone. People are pulling between 1.7-1.8 all the time. That 11.69 run that guy pulled he did a 1.6. First gear ratio is 4.71:1. Car shoots out down low. Here is the gear ratio spread of the 8 speed. 4.71 3.14 2.10 1.67 1.29 1.00 0.84 0.67

If you talk to him often have him go to his performance pages and see what they read when he ran that 12.2. It should have his fastest time saved automatically. Just curious how accurate his performance pages are. They seem to be dead on. I know mine is reading slow because I have a inch taller tire than stock. Tire is damn near 30" "29.6" with the 275/45 over the 245/45.

Cool thanks. It is a nice little feature they have. See what his 0-60 and 0-100 if you don't mind. I did a 4.1 and a 9.1 and trapped 115 but it said I only ran a 12.6 which I know is off quite a bit. I think tire size effects the distance traveled but not so much the readings that have to do with MPH.
