I plan on taking it to the track more than once. I have just been interested in seeing how far off mine is because the tire size. I also have been busy the past month after work getting my camaro tuned on e85, then the cap and rotor went out on the opti. Fixed that, now I am putting adjustable rear control arms on with relocation brackets. That will done today. I have only had the car since late July.

People are pulling between 1.7-1.8 all the time. That 11.69 run that guy pulled he did a 1.6. First gear ratio is 4.71:1. Car shoots out down low. Here is the gear ratio spread of the 8 speed. 4.71 3.14 2.10 1.67 1.29 1.00 0.84 0.67
this confused me at first then I realized you have a 8 speed lol

idk. da was 400' other day at atco and friend's stock hellcat on a DR was running 10.8s all day long between 127-130 and he weighs probably 280 or so. that's pretty impressive for a stock off the showroom floor car with a warranty if you ask me..

when the vids get up i'll find a place to post them. the ZL in the pic is an auto mild HC with only a couple thousand miles on it (garage queen) full weight runs on both sides, no hero passes.

hellcat ran 11.0's at 131 at E town on street tires as well...

Anyone that says it isn't impressive is fooling themselves. the 15' A8 Scat Pack does well for the money too. Under 40k and will go deep into the 12's bone stock. A good tire and decent da makes running a 11 probable.

~Someone else just ran bottom 12's with a tire only Scat Pack A8 last weekend. Scat Pack A8 is low 12's all day with good weather and a good launch.

there was a challenger and a charger scat there both A8 running 12.1-12.3 at 114 give or take. on stock tires in the non prepped left lane. so that's impressive for what it is given weight of them.

for example an a6 G8 GXP with LT's CAI and tune was only at 12.7 111 or so. traction not an issue.

IMO, When it comes to american muscle...
GM and Ford are two brothers always in competition. Dodge is the retarded cousin. Strong but not all there.

I agree. Impressive... but -1000+ DA... Can't exactly post that up as the end-all-be-all of what they run.

I think we all grasp that..

So we all agree it's at least a full second faster than a gen1 v no matter what part of the country it's in? Cool, not bad for a retarded over weight cousin.

Your definition of 'second' and mine must be different then. Either way, agreed. Not bad for the retarded cousin.

I thought the "second" was a fairly standard measurement of time?

Either way, yea they do pretty good.

I like those G8 GXP's a lot. Not more than my Scat of course.
