I would like headers but I'm scared of the install lol. Im sure it would help gain back some low end torque.
That is a massive mph gain for only some BIM porting and e85. I imagine the tune switch played a part in it.

Where are you located? I agree you need some longtubes. BTW, you'll hate the accessories. They are a snug fit

I'm sure the tune switch was key component. The shifting alone was worth the money.

I'm located in Wisconsin.

I'm not at all excited about the install. The information about headers is so misleading. Some people say it was a huge gain and worth every penny, others claim its a useless mod and not worth the hassle of install. Forums suck.

Agreed. In that case you can only go by results. It seems like the guys with headers are performing much better in the fast lists and locally to me.

I think you should order some. I love my Kooks.

Do a BMR K at the same time, not too bad then.

When i was only Xpipe catback Boss IM 93 tune i was at 404hp on Mustang Dyno....with Lontubes and E85 tune i went to 422 on same dyno. I would say around 8-10 from the E and 10-12 on headers but throughtout the curve i felt it....my 3rd to 4th gear pull got crazy fast...all of my buds have gone to longtubes...all have benefited from them....get them...you will love them as well as the sound!

Haven't been to the 1/4 yet in the new setup. Still dialing it in at the 1/8th track close to me.

I will also agree with islander. Do the Bmr k member and just do it once. Don't be like me and have headers installed but a Kmember sitting in the garage later wondering why you didn't just spend the extra coin in the first place.

So I can do headers, and to make them easier I should do a K member, and since I'm doing those I need a converter and should do that too while its all apart...

I hate cars.

Correct. Kmember will make the header install much easier and a 4C should shave 4-5 tenths off a stock converter car's time when well dialed in.

Do it up!
