So the other day on the way to work I encountered a s197 California special it was the first ever cammed 3v I've heard. It was loud for sure and sounded good. It was definitely manual also. Anyways I'm in my mostly bolt on c4 6 speed.
-we really only raced once and it was a short 40-90 race with even start. Long story short I pulled 1-1.5 cars before letting off. I was pretty happy with the results.

Nice job. 1.5 cars from 40-90 is pretty substantial. My brother had a full bolt on and cammed 06 gt, and it was kind of a dog with the stock gears, but when he switched to some 4.10s it was night and day difference

3vs are poop

But a l98 is a pretty good piece to kick a cars *** nearly 20 yrs newer. That 8.19 calcs to a 12.69. Solid running bolt on l98

92 is the first year of the LT1 in the vette. LT1 vette is a good run for a 3V.

Oh yea...i was thinking 93 was but tgat was 1rst year for the lt in the camaro.
