A cammed ls3 vette running door to door with a 11.7 car is pretty sad on his part.
The dyno numbers seem low for the ls3 vette. Also a 30 roll is not the best roll for the vette either. A 40 roll would have put the vette in its sweet spot. Albert car does runs strong so a combination of everything including the passenger is probably why this outcome.

450rwhp is a very mild cammed ls3, so results as expected.

You guys also need to remember that the GS is the heaviest trim package for an NA c6

The 5br0 runs goid. I'm not so sure about that last statement tho. What it has done is make sure a **** set up ls car gets exploited. A well set up ine has no issues.

A 30 roll in 1st gear is fine.

Alberts car is poo. At 450whp he's in bolt on ls3 territory. He clearly didn't mod the car with acceleration in mind.

He shoved a cam in it with likely some **** valve springs ,shifts at 6k and it shows.

Every time a GM loses is the same tune from Hio, "a proper car would smoke that". Lol

Given Dug's definition of proper, there are only 2 proper NA 5Gs out of all of those produced.

no point in putting a cam in a LS3 to shift it around 6300 rpm. Might as well just leave it stock and finish doing all the bolt-ons.

On a side note, OP's car gets the job done...he can flat out drive and hit them shifts. One of my favorite bros to date!!

BlkMach1, watch the vids over...It was a tie 1-1. I agree the Bro was most impressive on this one.

I've never seen a cammed LS3 vette trap ~130mph. I've seen HCEI C6Z and modded C6ZR1 do it though.

Good kill op!

Took the words right out of my mouth. Well said!
All that available power in that rpm range, why would you not use it?
