Default Is it mean to smoke a car with a temporary tag?

Some kid was driving around his Hyundai Genesis R-Spec like it was a sports bike, going real fast and weaving in and out of traffic...

He had the temporary tag like he just bought the car and he was so happy, and I actually felt kind of bad when my WS6 left him buslengths behind me. The good news is I stopped seeing him drive like a jerk for the rest of the time he was in my mirrors.

I get that a lot around here..... They don't have new tags but there are plenty of 120 lb. Eminem looking ricer dudes with pictures of Paul Walker in there wallets flying around here so if I see one driving like a jerk off I will sit next to them in first gear around 4000 rpm's with my cutout open and then absolutely tare there head off.
