driving through Winston Salem Saturday night a viper tail gated me then pulled up next to me. He was older slipped a rev and hit it. He imediatly pulled a car and a half before i hit it. I slowly reeled him back in and then next to him around 80. We slowed to 50 I pulled mine to second armed the Juice. the guy counted 3 and we went i pulled ahead by 2 cars then moved on to 5 before he flashed his lights to stop at abot 100. Don't know what the new ones are capable of, but dam they are quick for a stock car.

I think the 2nd gear 50mph start gives about the strongest pull that a 3.07 geared Viper SRT-10 has. And five car lengths by 100mph is insane! Your car must be making close to or over 500rwhp on motor? Sounds like one fast T/A, good kill!

Burnem, I find it hard to believe you pulled even with him if he took the hit first by the time you hit 80mph on just motor alone. But then again, maybe he wasn't as good a driver as you (all you have to do is stomp and steer).....
. But you'd a killed him on the spray for sure, that is practically a given. Last edited by Mike 01WS6; Jun 21, 2004 at 12:54 PM.
