It's been proven that Fast LS3 intakes show very little gains...however cathedral headed cars pick up a decent amount even on a 346. 5hp over a 92 and no loss under the curve. Possibly even more on larger head/cam combos that need 7200rpm.

I don't believe so, I asked him if it was clean and he gave me a thumbs up. Thanks bubba

The drive home I had to stop and eat at 1am, was getting a little drowsy lol

I spun a tiny bit. Just chirped the tires a little. Wouldn't have mattered much, that was about the best I could do. I stalled it up this time to about 2300 rpm, and eased into it. Probably could have stalled it up a little more but it is what it is.

Jake would probably benefit from 3.23s or even 3.42 if wanting to keep the highway gears in

Oh ok. I had 17" ZR1's as well, now 15" welds. Huge difference, but grinding the calipers sucked

jake would benefit from a higher shift point(7k 1-2, 6800 3-4) it shifts way to early... you can hear the engine fall out of its power then pick up....it should be the opposite on a stall car. 3.73 gears would be worth a tenth or so.

Yeah the 1-2 shift needs work. I think it only goes to 6300ish rpm. That's what it looks like on the tach anyway. The 2-3 is 6850 though. Needs more shift extension too.

I noticed that too. I agree

He got pulled after his final shift on the roll most noticeably. Slightly on the others too after shift. Then when it got up in rpm the pull would stop.

Can the stock rod bolts handle 7k rpm's continuously?

Oh yes no problem...especially on the 1-2 where its only that high for a short duration. 6300 shift is killing the potential of that MS3 cam. Your stall seems awful tight too. It should only drop 1200 rpm tops on the shift. You have a bit left in that combo if you want to maximize it!!
