Fatcat VS Sis Gen ZL1
#63
The a10 zl1 will easily match the hellcat auto. Let's not pretend the auto hellcat doesn't demolish the manual one. It's just how it is these days. I can row gears with the best of them. (Mustang guys ask Pappa) but I can't shift faster than today's automatics in sports cars. So not only can the zl1 destroy the hellcat in every category outside of the 1320 it can match it there. Take the hellcat or gt500 against the zl1 on any track that was even one turn and watch what a world class sports car can so. All dodge did was throw gobs of power in a brick. Anyone can do that. What gm has done with the zl1 is something different all together. They made a car that can compete in a variety of circumstances. Not just one niche.

I've never seen a m6 fatcat run good, but I have seen many GT500 run good.
If the m6 fif gen ZL1 is any indication of the sis gen....then they might edge out a 2nd place over the fatcat.

In case you guys didn't see my recent post in the BS thread about the new ZL1
The m6: The 6 speed manual "Plus, the manual’s taller gearing allows the ZL1 to hit 61 mph in first gear"
they act like this is a good thing in subsequent sentences.
the A10
:"Mat the throttle from 60 mph, and the automatic executes a flawless 10th-to-third transition that wakes the LT4 like a sleeping lion poked with a cattle prod"
"However, once you begin driving enthusiastically in Sport or Track mode, one of three performance algorithms for the transmission is automatically triggered. The initial level holds gears when you lift off the throttle and matches revs on downshifts; the most aggressive one constantly holds the lowest possible gear"'

GT500 did that back in 2013 with 3.31 rear gears. 3.73 really does seem like the more optimum gear to me.

Are you ever going to make it in the 10s? There are a few m122 GT500s that run well. In fact there is one about to go 9s. Good luck going 9s with a m122 zl1 lmao

I can post the vid of my 10s run if you like. Did it na to......you tried and failed na. On top of that you failed to leave the 12s with the oe blower.
I guess you failed to realize the zls/cts vs in the 9s did it with a smaller blower than the 122.

Oh the time you went 10s with fucked up timers? You are still caught up on a fucked up motor/situation that was down 100whp and still went mid 7s. Let's also remember you may be "n/a" but I am over 1 sec quicker and 15mph faster then your car with more Ford parts then you have Chevy parts. Oh and to top it off it's still the motor that came with the car. I forget how dumb you really are sometimes. A 2.1 m122 is far worse then a 1.9 TVS. A zl1 with one probably couldn't break 600whp without a cam or head work.

I'm pretty sure Ford did it with the 13+ GT500 to stay away from the GGT, C6Z probably did the same....something ZL1 has never been able to do, even with highway gears.
PS. Why is it always the dwarfs that are upset the most? Poor Hio and his lil man retarded syndrome.

Always love the reliability argument. But then time and time and time again furd drags *** at the bottom when any facts are presented. Right next to dodge.

Ford damn near worst in the world just like it was the last few times I checked this study. While GM wins 8 awards and winning segments. No brand from GM not above average.
Waiting for the excuse train...

Ecoturd is not a good field truck, I dislike them too. I wouldn't lump that into all Ford's though. lol
