2015 1le cam only e85 vs s550 5.0 fbo shelby manifold e85
#203
It is a driver race if both owners know what they're doing. When I was only intake long tubes and e85 I raced my buddy with same exact mods but in a s550 coyote. He pulled slightly a fender on me. Can post video if you would like? The problem with the 5th gen is mainly the average owner that wants to put ghetto lights and flashy body kits. I came from a coyote so yea I'm hard-core lol

Nope...common fuel
I said yea it's a power adder.....duh
It's ok because e85 is atleast relitivly common. But since you seem to want power gains from e85 to be so far then you should step up to the weight call.
You've dodged tgat one a bunch. I'm not asking what you've seen on the net. I'm asking how many 5br0s you've outran. Although I'm sure you will find a way to dodge it again.
Don't think I have ever dodged that one. Don't remember that being an issue. I know of a couple with less mods than me that are faster. Others with similar in the same range. When I ran the 11.80s, there are many others in that range with same mods as I had... so mine isn't some unicorn man.

Doubtful. Please post proof. That 5br0 must be cammed pretty aggressively from the factory to only change half the cams. Ls3 on the other had is cammed very mild.
Deflection noted. You failed to circle where on that graph the coyote was better.
If you move something that touches oil as you would say then not si anymore. This is your rule.
Gms dohc won't be stuck in the 400 hp range.
If you are using $40/gal a fuel specifically to make more power how is it not a power adder?
They can tune and not touch the cams. Afr/ign timing is part of a tune. Changing cam timing is not.
Strange that the nmra has spec tunes for coyotes loaded before they run. They seem to back my theory.
Yup....should make a ton of power. Rumors of near 700 na.
Troof....furd guys are dumb

And I honestly haven't ran many 5.0s at all. A few maybe if that. First one I ran was a S197 with catback only like I had at the time and auto. Never dodged the question. You never asked. If you did, please go back and post up the old posts where you did. I have no reason to dodge anything that has to do with you Doug.... because I honestly do not give a **** what you think, what you have to say, or what you do. You are a non-issue for me.

and the intake cams? valve covers and a few bolts. intake cams change without much work at all. slip the gear off a little. remove the mid tensioner. remove cam caps. change cams. reverse.
each one can be done in two hours or less. also for free. but what do i care? i boost and im done with the coyote maybe forever.
