I'm in no pile of turds man.
Leave the motor alone for the moment. You have plenty of power for a mild build. More acceleration to be had in other areas anyway.
And you don't need a shot to drag the fyck outta most **** your running. Just some refinement
I'd say 3.90s since he's willing to turn it over 7k. That get him to just over 140 in 4th. Plenty fast for street racing.
4.10 don't hold up as well in a 10bolt
Where did 4.56 come from?
Btw.....that's basically how that coyote is geared.
Seems as you're the one with the problem with wangers in your face.
It's not "full" bolt on. Couple things: EWP, underdrive pulley, vacuum pump, more WR, etc.
Really? Yes my car is slow, it runs like ****, & eye hate it lol. Cuz I want two.
Marc97 gets it.
Usually people that see my car run think it runs good. On the net it runs like **** though. Lol.
It's funny. Here I got peeps telling me to run more gear, get different wheels/tires, lightweight clutch flywheel/driveline, hole saw, etc. Different heads/cam/intake combo? Which one ya'll want?
Then my other homies want me to get a shot. I can't win. Lol.

LOL. I just don't understand all of the what ifs. They are pointless, kind of like these Ford fan boys hoping Ford will come around to making more good products than shitty ones.
Ford fans read carefully before going off. I acknowledged that Ford has a few good products. HaHa!

Well....the biggest thing for me is how much soslo leaves on the table as far as acceleration goes. With some pretty easy changes he would just run off and leave that coyote......and still be giggling after he does cams.
Not to mention his car would be far more fun to drive.

Might have some vids here shortly of muh notch vs a nearly stock ls3 vette tho
Besides....if he's gonna go 3.90/27 he may as well go 3.73 and 26. Be nearly identical effective gearing.

I think at the very least he should switch to a 26in. tire.
3.42's on a 28in. tire /t56 is equivalent to 3.08's on a 26in. tire /t56 which is not helping much.
Plenty of 26in. tires out there that will hook just fine.

Good run SoFla. What kind of rear do you have if not a 10 bolt? Correct me if I'm wrong, you have 28" tire, 3.42s and T56? I get you like and are happy with your street cruiser the way it is, but man a 3.90/4.10 gear would really add to the fun to drive factor especially with the 28" tire. Of course you wouldn't be any where near that 12.0 ET anymore, not that you're worried about that I know.
I was kinda in the same boat with my C5, an 11.8 @121mph h/c LS1, 3130lbs car. Not a good representation of what a h/c LS1 is capable of and Hio gave me some **** for it too. It was just the bolt-ons, and lack of bolt-ons, which held it back from being a much quicker car. It had the power and weight to easily be a 10 sec. car, I just simply didn't care much for the best possible or a certain ET.

What do I need & not need? What do I mostly run?? You keep refining your poop, I'll keep enjoying mine. Guess how much faster your car would be with a 600rwhp motor?
So 140mph is enough? It is plenty fast although people don't usually stop there. **** I could have let off at about 130 & he only would have had me by half a car. Or just race till 100 & be even huh? Just make your own rules right? I just race sometimes.
You've never heard of 4.56 gears? I thought your bud hams had them? Where it came from is what I stated before. With those gears, vs my gears, on a roll run, would be close in rpm/speed. Just a gear higher. Will my car be unicorn faster in that area or around the same? Is this stoopid thinking?? Say something about it.

My car was modded how I want & I'm happy. I'm just not fast lol.
