Default Me vs. 2002 600RR

Me and one of my buddies were out cruising yesterday evening around 7 or so.....He was on his 600 and i was in my car....His mods are weight savings, pipe and jet kit.....My mods are in my sig with the exception of a cut-out, Nitto 315s, and suspension stuff...Well i got beside him at 3800 in third and honked three times we went off, i got a slight jump maybe 1/2 car went through third and shifted to fourth and ran him all the way through 4th...My buddy that was in the car with me said once i got the jump from the start we were dead even, nobody pulled on nobody....My buddy that was driving the bike knows how to drive also....So i was wanting to know if this was a good run for my car to tell if it does run well......So people that have raced a bike like this chime in with how your races went, or anyone else.... Thanks

Is your sig missing something, like nitrous? Or can your buddy not ride too good maybe? A 600RR will walk your car at that speed all day long. Sorry! Didn't the 600RR come out in '03 also?

If I was on that bike and was dead even w/ your car...I would sell it or take riding lessons. Something is amiss. Good kill, but dont expect people to believe you unless your friend is 500 lbs or something.

Please tell you friend to sell his bike and never get on one again.

The 600RR was the fastest 600 that year, he should have pulled you like a raped ape.

I am with the rest, your "buddy" can't drive, if I were driving, I would have walked you in a wheelie.

I have a 600RR

And a 450 RWHP 550 RWTorque Trans Am. Even on nitrous my bike would destroy my TA.

PS the CBR-600RR didn't exist in 2002.

you must have a CBR-600 F4i 2003 was the first year of the RR.

Not that it matters an F4i would beat a 336 RWHP F-Body even with the rider pulling a parachute.

.
Gotta make you wonder when someone doesn't know the year of their own bike ....

Definately didn't start making them until 2003, and it definately would've destroyed that puny little 330 rwhp car of yours ... while pulling the bus from speed.

Hey Shinkaze, i think i have the same garage door opener as you......and yes, the bike would have raped you. My bestfriend was on his New GSXR600 and gave some 12 second foxbody 5 (car lengths) and the hit. My friend caught up with him and passed his ***. (2 weeks ago)

I know I am in the same situation but, my friend just got a 04zx6r and we ran from 60 to like 120 with him giving me the hit and he didnt start making up ground till like 100 mph range. Like said above these arent the most amazing drivers but still kill is a kill.

i had a 03 600rr (it was stolen, and yes it was the first year they existed). and it would have absolutely destroyed my ta from a roll.......

MAYBE my car would take it from a stop with me launching the bike, but not with a more experienced rider.
