2017 8sp auto 6th gen vs 2018 10r80
Ran this cat a few months ago and we couldn't really get a clean run due to traffic , this time he tune the transmission and had rear drag packs .
his mods :
stock mani - ported tb - headers - cai - e85
my mods :
ported stock mani and tb - jlt cai - mbrp long tube headers and midpipe - ford performance x pipe - e85 - palm beach dyno tune .
next week i'm swapping the front and rear brakes to the baer deep stage brake kit shedding an approximately 100 lbs off . good runs even though he tried to get the jump every time .
we ended up doing a 40-35 another 40 and two 60

If he’s running a tire more than 1 inch shorter than fronts it will throw codes. And in turn Won’t allow you to turn off traction control, stabilitrak or use performance shift mode
maybe that’s what he’s talking about
what he should put on is a front skinny and small 26 front bias to complete his drag pack for Mexico trips. Codes would go away and he would pick up a bit

Well the zl1 is faster than anything furd ever made for us.....and still it's not the fastest gm vehicle.
besides the a10 effectively killed the m6 5br0. You hear nothing about it.
