5th gear wall vs built Dmax Had the chance to race my buddies built dmax short bed conversion truck . Motor is built along with transmission last out on the dyno it made over 1000 wheel hp 😎 races were 70-150 on all 3 runs I was able to pull out 1-2 cars on the runs . Also I lost to this same truck in my heads/cam ls3 vette lol .
Got to give it up to Pray Porting for the tune and Cesar Tellez for the ported msd/Tb couldn’t of done it without them 👍

well your 6gen is slower than that truck and beat it. So i guess was right back to say what i said when you ran him in the vette.....diesel trucks aren't necessarily fast on the roll. You just proved my point.

Good run! Seemed you were pulling pretty good even up top. I thought eventually some of the 1000Hp would have begun to creep back.
By the way, do you have an idea of how much his DMAX weighed?

Its in the mid 5500 area and from what he told me today he eventually stopped my pull but I’ve done shut down . That’s the great thing about the lt1 over the ls3 is the instant hit this car gets off the hit and doesn’t shut down ether .

I think you fail to understand the A8 power adder I got to the poor gearing the vettes come with in the c6 . Also I wouldnt be shocked if this car puts down close to what the c6 did .

oh i understand just how terrible your c6 was. I understand this well because i/we know how to go faster with a bolt on c6 than you have with a h/c c6. Other than the first 2 gears the gearing of the a8 isn't much better. A roll race negates that. So basically you had a 12sec h/c c6 because you didn't know wtf you were doing.
