the numbers from that RedEye look more like regular hellcat with a meh driver than the results I'm used to seeing. You could also see the RedEye laying black marks in the video at launch... I guess it needs perfect conditions and sticky pavement to even compete with a ZL1. The GT500 seems very well thought out... well done Ford

Fatcats don't like unprepped surfaces. ZL1 had a lot of spin also. GT500 has best case scenario in these conditions, DCT, lowest TQ at launch RPM, and best power to weight. No surprises for me with this video. Of course a proper track setup and prep will ruin the day for the ZL1 once both the Mopar and Ford can fully unleash their power.
