False, HP only increases if torque is carried over RPM.
This is why you see diesels making 400 HP with 1000 lb-ft of torque.
Comparing your bolt-on LS6 to your built LS6, every airflow improvement you made was in the effort of carrying torque to a higher RPM thus you were building for HP whether you realized or not.

I think it is possible. There are head cam autos doing it here. But gutted out. I went 10.5 128. He has better air,more gear,better intake, less weight
and way bigger cam than me. I'm not sure how is heads stack up to his. He has better bottom end then me too. Issue will be traction and shift points

It has 346ci now. A .005 clean up is way less than nhra allows for stock eliminiator. It picked up just over .5 ci. A 5.7 ls is actually like 345.8 ci.....Cry moooorrrrr
It has stock gen4 rods, stock crank. So not a super duper built bottom. Just a Run of the mill rebuild really.
