Seriously! Look at the Ford Ecoboost engines for a daily even. Factory warranties up to 8 years/100000 miles.
I'm partial to cubes and FI, but it's a HUGE mistake to underestimate small displacement engines with FI. I've gotten beaten by them before

If you race enough you really can't win them all, even some races that look like a huge gap on paper. fack and lol

DD, your choice of cylinder heads is a limiter in your power. at your boost and power level a B head will outflow the C heads you use. that is because the port volume and flow potential exceeds you Cs above 7000. just saying.
my combo is untapped because i have zero cash these days. you put a B head against a C head above 7000 and 1300 rwhp, and the B will shine. you know what you have in your drivetrain. i have **** right now lol. try it one season. just try it. put fully ported B heads and a B head intake and see. i actually had better results with the 98 mark8 intake with my previous turbo combo.
the 98 Mark 8 intake is a piece of **** on motor but its great with boost. it will cost you very little to upgrade to a head combo that loves 8000+ rpms

im a HUGE fan of 281 inch 4v modulars. he makes 1300 rwhp, but i make 700 rwhp without trying. the coyote is ok. i am still not dols that it's the king of modulars under boost. just like a 2JZ has 280-290 cfm fully ported flow numbers, but matches anything on teh planet at the track and dyno.
all 281 inch 4v modulars LOVE boost. when i ever build my glide and others have, stock came, fully forged stock intake manifold b head cobros make 1000rwhp. every last one.
i will take my 96 GT fox4 chassis and suspension against any comparable coyote s197. even at 18 psi my **** doesnt spin a foot.

there is a limit to the amount of exhaust flow in pounds per minute to support a large enough terbo for a 281 to compeet. the reason John Mihovetz quit the pro mod thing is because he just couldnt get the twin 88s to make poer power.

Limiting factor right now is that I'm limited to 30psi on this motor. Next one will be o-ringed and be pushing +40psi. That sounds like a party. lol
Thanks for the info.
