Sorry SRT4 people...
i know one of your brethren already gave you up as former honda owners but damn...
MATH IS NOT NEGOTIABLE, no matter what name the cars have, math os not negotiable.
you know like a you only make 45hp more than a prelude, even though you have more displacement and a turbo helping out?

I have no clue what Honda makes 180/190WHP from the factory. Oh and our cars have double the torque of any 4 cylinder honda stateside. Potential is key as well. The SRT motor is much stronger and will handle much more upgraded abuse. The Honda engineers spend all the time getting every little bit of power out of exhausts, intakes and so on. This is why they will not pick up anywhere near the power the SRT will with basic bolt-ons. All the right pieces are already on the SRT they just need to be unleashed. Here they are 12 sec. cars, but on a bowtie site Im sure they are in the 10s

That is a 993 911, I believe, and isnt all that fast stock. I guess it is modded though, according to the one guy, so that may have been why it was that much faster... I really doubt the Z06 was racing, or even thinking about it...

who's talking about wheel hp? i'm using what dodge advertised. as far as underrated numbers...welcome to the club.
you have "twice the torque" ..but then a LSX engine has "twice YOUR torque".
Potential- you mean like a ls1 spooling a t-88 with as much effort as srt-4 does a factory turbo? or taking 800RWTQ on 100K mile engine with stock engine/compression?
my point wasn't to compare a srt-4 vs a honda, but you helped show just like the srt-4 is superior (on paper) to a honda 4, so is the ls1 (let alone ls2 ect) and yet NO ONE here MAKES UP GAY RACE STORIES.
with bolt ons and a 175 shot, lol. as far as bowtie, that's around the world...go to the track on doorslammer night, don't let the 35 8 second novas and chevelles hit you on the way out. i'm sure you'd only remember the one srt-4 running c16 that took the v6 firebird.

An LS1 or 6 does not make double the torque of an SRT. Not that I am trying in any way to compare the SRT to the F-body. You brought that up.
Yeah you are right, you wont see many cars running 8's other than the tried and true V8 RWD.
Personally I like being different even if that means I have a slower car than the fastest car at the track.

I think the srt4 might be pretty close to running high 12's @110.
My father has a stock M6 3.42 C5 and I have a modded 965 (like in that video)... I pull the C5 just a little harder than the 965 pulled that srt4. I'd assume my fathers car has to trap close to 108 or so. Based on this there is no way that srt would walk that Z hard! I'd say the Z was in 4th, 5th, or 6th gear and hit it for a brief second then let off.

why cant people realize that they are slow??? that lil srt4 punk gets destroyed by a porsche, then has the nerve to say that he outright roasts a car that the porsche wouldve only pulled by a car and a half... B.S. 
P.S. since when is a front wheel drive 4cyl a good choice for highway racing??? oh yeah, never.

Srt guys need to get a little better grip on reality. "Oh wow, we beat a Z06!" Yeah, sure...everyone is right, the vette wasn't even trying he was just cruising. Kinda' funny how it was the last 8 seconds of the video then it just cut off, which is probably the part where the Z06 ate him alive, lol.
Also whoever said that its piled deep over there on srtforum...I was only in there for maybe five minutes and I couldn't believe how stupid the posts wre that I was reading. Guess they can make themselves feel better with their crazy posts and peuso-race videos.
