... anywho, SS's are just sooo badass...
Kinda funny though, if someone in a 01-02 Z28/formula/regular T/A ... stockvs stock is scared of racing a 98-00 SS/WS6 because of the ram air... even though the newer LS1 car has just as much, if not more power from the LS6 intake manifold...

my attitude is let them think what they want....it just makes them think they're junkpile is that much slower when they get beaten by my lowly Z28. 
EDIT: i actualy had a guy with a STOCK SS convertible with a six speed and street tires tell me my full bolt-on, stalled, geared Z28 would probably make for a close race with him...considering i had a slower automatic....
needless to say he bought me dinner and not one but TWO tanks of gas (it was ugly too...i lit this guy up like he was in reverse)....there should be basic intelligence tests given to people seeking to buy nice cars....

wanna hear the best one? theres a guy in my area witha 94 T/A who did this very thing. he comes up to me one night in a parking lot and goes..."hey man, wanna race for money? i wanna go from a roll though cause u got a formula" me and my buddy just busted out laughing and he got in his car and left. it was classic
