WS6 vs Turbo Eclipse So I'm driving down 695(Baltimore beltway) towards Glen Burnie and I pass a black Eclipse with an obvious aftermarket exhaust and gauges going up the a-pillar. Well the guy hangs back for a few and I'm just doin my own thing when he get's on my ***. I mean like real close as in drafting me. So I'm like ok, let me get rid of this guy real quick. I'm in 4th gear goin maybe 60-65ish. I just leave it in 4th and floor it up to about 130 and the guy is still on my bumper. At this point I was like holy shyt. Well I slow down and the guy passes me and I hear a real loud turbo. Well I try and get back up to him, but it seemed like he wanted to go from about an 80-90mph roll. So we are playin back and forth and finally we line up next to each other goin maybe 65-70. This time I was ready, already had it in 3rd gear and when he punched it I went and we stayed about even for a few secs and then after topping out 4th gear I had maybe 1-2 cars on him. We went onto I97 and then raced again with the same results. Both races were prob up to about 130-140ish. His eclispe is fast as nuts and definitely a sleeper. It was all black, with 3 gauges on the a-pillar and I think it had grey trim along the bottom of it. I think it was awd too. He was a white guy looked maybe in his mid to late 20's. If I was stock I have no doubt he would have blown my doors off. From a dig he'd prob own me in the 1/4. He ended up getting off the highway before me and gave no wave or flash or anything. I guess he was pissed he couldn't beat me. Was definitely a fun way to get rid of a 1/4 tank of gas in about 10-15 mins.

Eclipses arent slow by any means. My old 95 rig could ****** move :-D With that big *** turbo, intercooler, upgraded fuel system, ya ya blah blah. loved the ricers when i was 16..but now I dont think ill ever go back from American RWHP and TQ
