Hmmmmmm This is not a race, but definately a kill of the ego. I was at the mall yesterday and some kids were outside close to my car (sitting on theirs) I assume waiting for a race since there was a mob of them. You know the guys that wait for someone to come out of the mall so they could screw with them. One of the kids asked, "Is that a standard?" I told him it was and closed the door. I rolled down the windows and cranked up my ride (00 Formula that looks like a stock V6 with rims). The look on their faces was priceless. Gotta love the sound of an open exhaust and a cam loping hard. Gave a rev and drove off.
I saw a WS6 fly by me one day in my then V6 firebird. The guy revved on me. Hurt my feelings so bad I went and traded for a Formula the next day.

Nice. I didn't like Formy's until I bought mine. Now I love them. The look is priceless when they find out it ain't a six.

Not to hi-jack your thread but, the other day I had just parked my car and an import (Not sure which kind it was) pulled along side me with two young guys in it. The car didn't look riced out or anything but as I was walking away from my car the passenger asked me "Hey, will your car do 140mph?" I replied with a little smirk, "yes" he then he asked me "Does it wobble at that speed?" At that point I was almost laughing and I said "No" and then I went on with my buisness. As I was walking I got to thinking that their car would probably only do 140 and barely at that, if it wobbled
Although, I had hoped that they wanted some of the firechicken but, I guess not.

I love my formy. The other day I was toying around with some rice. I raped him slowly. He zipped through the 91 freeway traffic to get up next to me. My taillight filler says formula but I guess some people dont read it or the assume that a formula is a six with exhaust or a suspension upgrade or something. Anyways, I was going 75 and he was on it, but not florring it. His exhaust sounded like he ws all maxed out! Anyway, I slowly began to squeeze my pedal...no struggle what so ever... nor did my car go into WOT...95...115...120...then I let off. Must be the 3.42s. But he knew what was up.
